Services are grouped into manicures, enhancements, removals and repairs. The Standard Gel Manicure takes about 55 minutes and includes a rubber base, dry manicure, trimming and shaping, and a color of your choice. Returning clients get gel removal included. The BIAB builder gel manicure takes about 70 minutes, includes detailed cuticle work, and applies builder gel to natural nails to reinforce them, typically lasting three to five weeks.

Booking rules are set out clearly. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made later than that and no-shows are charged 50% of the booked service. Clients running late should send a text or direct message, since arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the service cannot be guaranteed and the appointment may be moved. Gift cards can be bought on the website, but gift card sales are final.

The studio keeps its services simple to book and focused on careful, detail-oriented nail work, with a free fix for any nail issue reported within one week of the appointment.
