Appointments run 75 minutes or longer, results last three to six weeks, and the service is not available to anyone under 16.

Gel-X full sets cost $70 and take about 1 hour and 45 minutes. They last three to four weeks. Returning clients should book a structured manicure for fills, and a full set must be rebooked if more than four nails are missing. Nail art is an add-on that must be booked with a manicure. It costs from $5 and ranges from $5 to $25 depending on design, and simple art on all 10 nails is charged extra.

Clients who arrive with acrylic or dip nails are turned away and charged the scheduled service plus an inconvenience fee. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice. A late cancellation may be charged 50% of the service, and a no-show or same-day cancellation is charged 100%. Future bookings are blocked until cancellation charges are paid. A card must be kept on file when booking. Venmo and Cash App are not accepted. Gift cards can be bought online, but buyers who are not current clients cannot use them until accepted as clients.
