Services cover manicures, pedicures, nail add-ons and nail care combos, along with massage in several styles, facials, full-body and facial waxing for men and women, lash extensions and lash fills, and brow and lash tinting. Massage here is therapeutic, and the spa notes that massage guests should not expect services beyond therapeutic massage and foot reflexology. Massage therapists are described on the site as certified massage therapists.

Facials run from a seasonal option for all skin types to a 90-minute luxury treatment with a peel, extractions, a custom mask and serums. Clear Harmony is aimed at acne-prone skin, and the spa suggests a series of six. Guests taking oral acne medication, topical treatments such as Retin-A, or strong exfoliants are asked to tell the esthetician before a facial.

The spa says it uses organic and all-natural products where possible, including lotions, oils and an acetone-free nail polish remover. Facial products come from Eminence, and the spa states its products are free of formaldehyde, toluene, DBP, parabens and phthalates and are not tested on animals.

Hygiene practices are part of each visit: files, buffers and pumices are never reused and can be taken home on request, tools are washed, disinfected and stored under UV after each client, and stations are dressed with fresh towels for every guest. Clients who are unhappy with their technician are asked to speak to the front desk within the first ten minutes of service.

The spa describes itself as committed to natural and organic products when possible, and says its goal is to make clients feel great. Single-use nail tools and sanitized, UV-stored equipment are part of its routine.

Nail stations are separated by curtains and spaced six feet apart.
