Services are grouped under brows and waxing. Brow appointments remove hair above, below and between the brows and include trimming and tweezing. Waxing covers the lip, chin, cheek and neck line, along with the underarms, stomach, arms, legs and, for female clients, the full or half back.
Intimate waxing is a large part of the menu. A Brazilian wax for new clients runs about 40 minutes and removes hair at the front, with an option to leave a small strip; the full buttocks are not included. Brazilian maintenance is recommended every four to eight weeks. A bikini wax covers the bikini line only, while a full bikini wax also includes the butt strip. Inner thigh waxing can be added to either. Hydrojelly masks, in charcoal or rose, can follow a Brazilian wax, with extractions included when needed.
New clients book under the New Client option and complete a consent form that is emailed after booking. Confirmations go out 72 hours ahead by text or email, with a reminder 24 hours before. No extra guests are allowed at appointments. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours notice; cancellations and no-shows within 24 hours are charged half the scheduled service, and arriving six minutes or more late counts as a no-show. Hours are Monday 10 AM to 2 PM, Tuesday 5 PM to 8 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 2 PM, Friday 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM; the business is closed Wednesdays and Sundays.
