Facials come in three levels. The 30-minute express facial covers cleansing, exfoliation, a custom mask, moisturizer and SPF. The 45-minute classic facial adds deep cleansing, a massage with light attention to the neck, serums and an aromatherapy finish. The 60-minute spa facial extends the massage to the face, neck, shoulders and decollete. Each facial level is also sold as a series of four sessions for the price of three.
Manicures and pedicures are offered in traditional and SHELLAC versions. The classic versions cover nail shaping, cuticle care and polish. The spa versions add exfoliation, hot aromatherapy towels and a hydrating mask, along with a hand or foot massage. Pedicures also include callus treatment, and the spa SHELLAC pedicure adds a leg massage. Builder Gel with CND PlexiGel is listed as lasting up to three weeks. Classic French designs are available, and nail art is offered in four tiers, from simple details to custom artwork, but only on SHELLAC.
Monthly VIP memberships have no contract, give 10% off additional services, and let members use unused monthly credits later. Each tier lets members pick a manicure or pedicure from a set list.
Booking and policies: cancellations or rescheduling need at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations inside that window carry a 50% fee, rescheduling inside it a $20 fee, and same-day changes are treated as no-shows and charged 50% of the service. Late arrivals may be shortened or rescheduled with a 50% fee. Payment is accepted by cash, debit card, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. Services are offered in English, the spa lists itself as LGBTQIA friendly, and it lists itself as not kid friendly. Hours are Wednesday and Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Friday and Saturday 11 AM to 7 PM, with Sunday through Tuesday closed.
