The brow menu covers waxing or threading, brow tinting, brow mapping, and brow lamination with shaping and tint, which takes about an hour. Face and body waxing ranges from small areas such as the chin, ears and sideburns up to full face, underarms, and Brazilian waxing. Several combination visits pair brows with lip, nose, underarm or bikini waxing in one appointment.

For a fuller Brazilian visit, a gentle vagacial follows the wax with a soothing mask, extractions for ingrown hairs, a high frequency treatment, toner, brightening serums and a spot treatment. The full bikini wax goes deeper on the sides than a standard bikini wax, and clients can keep a small triangle at the front or have all front hair removed.

Before waxing, clients are asked to stop retinol or any exfoliating products at least 5 days ahead, and to wait 7 days after a peel or laser treatment. A patch test is available, listed at no charge. Deposits are required for many services, commonly between $5 and $15, and $10 for new clients on several services including brow lamination. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged half the service price, and missed appointments are charged the full price. Clients get a 10-minute grace period for lateness and should text or call as soon as they know they will be late. Payment can be made by cash, card or Apple Pay, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards are offered.
