The color menu covers full highlights, full hi and lo lights, partial and mini versions of those, all-over color, root retouches, semi-permanent color gloss and fashion colors. Haircuts include a dry trim for maintenance and a shampoo, cut and style service with a conditioning treatment and scalp massage. Blowouts are tailored to the client, and a smooth blowout without hot tools is available as an upgrade.

Color work starts with a complimentary 40-minute consultation to talk through goals, current color, expectations, upkeep and budget. Color is not done on the same day as the consultation. Fashion colors and color correction both require a consultation first, and color correction also needs a $50 deposit and may take several sessions, with pricing starting at $100 per hour.

The studio's hours are Wednesday 8:30 AM to 6 PM, Thursday 9 AM to 9 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM, with Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Sunday closed. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. A late cancellation or reschedule incurs a 50% fee of the scheduled services, which must be paid before booking future appointments. A first no-call or no-show is charged the full scheduled services and a deposit is required for future visits; a second may end the client relationship.
