Health history and needs are reviewed to confirm each treatment suits the person, since some treatments are not right for everyone. Many prescriptions and treatments are provided on site, and most prescriptions can be filled during the visit through a pharmacy partnership. Before and after appointments, staff give preparation and aftercare instructions specific to the treatment.

Direct Primary Care is a $100 monthly membership, not health insurance. The clinic lists it as covering unlimited office visits, preventive checkups, chronic disease management, telemedicine and minor in-office procedures, with direct texting access to providers.
