Skin therapists focus on corrective skincare for women at every life stage, including hormonal acne, pre and postnatal care, and care during the perimenopausal and menopausal years. Facial menus range from a calming 55-minute treatment to longer sessions that layer LED light, oxygen, microcurrent or enzyme peels. Each first facial starts with a FaceMapping skin assessment and is followed by a home skincare plan.

Guests change in a private space and receive a spa robe, slippers and a locker. The relaxation area is scented with aromatherapy and serves tea, fruit-infused water and light snacks, and an outdoor area is available when the weather allows.

The spa is open Wednesday to Friday 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. by appointment; it is closed Monday and Tuesday. Appointments before 8 a.m. can be arranged. A credit card secures every appointment. Online bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit that can move to another appointment with at least 48 hours' notice. Changes or cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead carry no fee, less notice incurs a fee, and no-shows are charged the full service price. Changes must be made by phone or voicemail, since email and social media requests are not accepted. Late arrivals may still be charged the full booked price. Guests with certain medical conditions, recent injectables or surgery, recent laser treatment, or RetinA use should call the front desk before treatment. Guests under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
