Facials are the core of the menu. Clients who want ongoing care can book a set of three facials or a custom series running six, nine or twelve months. Skin care consultations help clients choose a routine for anti-aging, acne control or basic maintenance.
Brow and lash services include lash lifts, lash tints, brow tints, brow lamination, and combined tint and lamination options.
The business also sells Beyond Simple skin care products online, including an organic toner, a hyaluronic acid face serum, an organic face oil and a bundle. Online orders ship free.
Booking requires a deposit of half the appointment fee, or the full amount paid up front, with any balance due after the service. Deposits are nonrefundable and go toward the appointment. Cancellations or missed appointments within 24 hours of the booking are charged a fee; cancellations outside that window are handled by calling (971) 373-3379 for refund options. Clients running more than five minutes late are asked to call, and those more than fifteen minutes late may need to rebook and may be charged the full appointment. Lash and brow services need clean lashes and brows with no makeup on arrival, and clients with sensitive or regularly irritated eyes should check with the esthetician before lash services.
Skin care consultations are used to set a routine suited to each client's goals, whether anti-aging, acne control or basic maintenance.
