Owner Mayra leads the team, which focuses on bridal services, quinceañeras, elopements, and other special events. The aim across the studio is for each client to leave looking polished and still like themselves.

In-studio appointments run Tuesday through Sunday, 9 AM to 5 PM, for hair, makeup, or both together, and suit prom, graduation, senior portraits, boudoir, galas, formals, and company headshots. On-location commercial work covers sets, TV and film, fashion shows, headshots, corporate events, and editorial and print, booked as a half day of six hours or a full day of nine hours. Travel is quoted separately, at $2 per round-trip mile from the studio per artist.

Wedding and quinceañera work is booked by email, and weddings need a signed contract and a retainer. Bookings are often full about 18 months ahead, according to the FAQ. Trials are held Tuesday through Thursday by appointment and do not hold the event date. The deposit is 50% of the total and the balance is due four weeks before the event. A 20% gratuity is added to the contract total, and credit card payments carry a 3.75% convenience fee, which Zelle avoids. Prices are subject to change, and the price stays the same whether a client wants full-face or minimal makeup.

Classes and private parties include two-hour hands-on hair and makeup sessions at $375 each, and a Girls Night Party, a studio event of at least 2.5 hours with group hair and makeup techniques, music, small bites, and drinks, starting at $600. Other vendors such as bar, catering, and DJ are welcome at that event.

The team works by listening to each client, collaborating on the plan, and coordinating with planners and photographers.
