Microblading is the studio's core service, a semi-permanent technique that uses fine strokes to build brow density, color and shape. The initial appointment is a two-part process, and the enhancement session six to eight weeks later is included in the price. Blade and Shade adds powdery shading behind the strokes, which suits sparse brows. Returning clients can book a touch-up and color boost about 10 to 18 months after their first session, and touch-ups are offered for brows done within two years, after which the process starts over. New clients can also book a color boost for brows not previously done at the studio. Clients complete an online consent form, medical history form and photo and video release before microblading, and a non-refundable 20% deposit applies to microblading, touch-ups and saline removal.

For brows done by another artist, the studio offers eyebrow correction for major shape or color changes. Clients send photos of their brows without makeup before the appointment is confirmed. Earlier work can be lightened with saline removal, which uses Li-FT saline lightening solution placed with a permanent makeup machine. Sessions typically run one to five times with about eight weeks of healing in between. The studio does not guarantee full removal, and results may only fade and lighten.

Laser hair removal is performed with an Asclepion MeDioStar diode laser, backed by Astanza. The system works at 810 nm and 940 nm and includes extra large, small and vascular handpieces, each with built-in 360-degree contact cooling. The vascular handpiece is used for lesions such as spider veins and hemangiomas. Treated areas include legs, arms, back, chest, upper lip, underarms, bikini area and face, and sessions usually last between 15 minutes and an hour. Each laser client has a consultation with a trained laser practitioner to set the number of sessions. Clients are asked to avoid sun exposure and to shave the area beforehand. The business says the MeDioStar is FDA-cleared, can treat all Fitzpatrick skin types including recently tanned skin, and is the only laser of its kind in Utah. Single sessions are paid before treatment, financing is available on request, and 6 or 10 session packages are discounted.

Multi-area bundles are also available on the same monthly plan. The Microblading Essentials course is a 5-day class for beginners with a class size of two to four students, open to ages 18 and up with no experience or license required. Tuition is $3200 and includes a premium kit, which the business says is worth over $1200 and covers more than 50 procedures. The course awards an 80-hour certificate, and applicants must complete an online blood-borne pathogens test and receive a hepatitis B vaccine. The 1-day Advanced Microblading course, $800, is for people with prior microblading training. Gift cards are sold on the website.
