Each location averages about 5,000 square feet. The salon floor is spacious and contemporary, while the spa side is quieter, with softly lit treatment rooms. The spa has four treatment rooms and a relaxation and dining area. Pedicure chairs have built-in back massage, and manicures take place in a separate room with three stations. According to the business, it was one of the first U.S. salons to put salon and spa services in one environment.

Nail design pricing is also a starting point, and clients are asked to call ahead to check technician availability for nail designs. Hours differ slightly by location: Coon Rapids and Maple Grove are open Monday through Thursday 8am to 9pm, Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 5pm, while Plymouth is open Monday through Thursday 9am to 8pm and Friday and Saturday 8am to 5pm.
