The clinic describes its care as personalized and aimed at root causes rather than only symptoms, and it calls its approach results-driven. Acupuncture is listed for conditions including digestive issues, fertility, PCOS, menopause, anxiety, PTSD and insomnia. Functional medicine addresses hormonal imbalances, digestive problems, chronic fatigue, autoimmune concerns, and metabolic and cardiovascular health. Herbal medicine is presented as a foundation of the clinic's work.
A new patient acupuncture visit runs 90 to 120 minutes and costs $225. A returning acupuncture visit is 60 minutes at $125. Cupping sessions take 30 minutes and cost $50, and a herbal consultation is 15 minutes at $35. Intake forms are sent by secure link before the visit, or can be completed in person if you arrive 20 minutes early. Booking requires signing in or creating an account on the booking platform, and a welcome packet can be downloaded from the website.
Functional medicine starts with a health history consultation of 90 minutes, which includes lab planning. Targeted lab testing follows, then a review session of 60 to 90 minutes where results are explained in a written, plain-language report. Bloodwork runs through Nation One Labs and can be drawn at any Quest Diagnostics location, and comprehensive panels or specialty hormone, gut and micronutrient tests come through accredited labs. Lab fees range from $50 to $800. A follow-up is set at six months to review progress and decide whether repeat testing is needed, and referrals to medical specialists are coordinated when results fall outside the clinic's scope. Supplements are dispensed through the Fullscript dispensary at a discounted rate with optional automatic refills, and the clinic states its supplements are third-party tested.
Payment can be made by cash, check, credit card, FSA or HSA. A detailed superbill can be provided for possible insurance reimbursement. Veterans may ask for care under VA Community Care if their VA provider has written a referral. Medication that a physician has prescribed should only be stopped or changed on that physician's guidance.
Treatments combine acupuncture, herbal medicine, heat therapies, Tui Na and functional medicine with the aim of addressing underlying causes. Only sterile, single-use needles are used, and each is discarded after treatment.
The space is quiet and calming, meant to let patients settle and slow down.
