The building at 391 Bolton Street was once a fishery and had sat dormant for a long time before the business acquired it. It has since been converted into eight newly renovated suites, each with its own name: Revitalize, Radiance, Bloom, Flourish, Allure, Glow and Oasis.

The business is owned by Vanessa Nogueira, who has 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, including time working in salons. The business calls its offering luxury beauty and wellness suites and describes the space as a private community where beauty and wellness professionals work alongside one another in an inclusive setting open to everyone.

Each suite has oversized windows that bring in natural light, modern finishes, hand-wash sinks and shampoo bowls, and a washer and dryer. Renters have creative control over their space, 24-hour access and security cameras. The suites are intended for a wide range of practitioners, from hairstylists and barbers to tattoo artists and personal trainers.

The business also says it aims to give small business owners and entrepreneurs in the community a platform to grow.
