Each client can start with a free consultation of about fifteen minutes, where the team learns about individual needs and drafts a treatment plan.
On the hair side, adult cuts include precision shaping and texturizing, and there is a separate kids' cut for ages 1 to 12. Dry styling on clean, dry hair can produce waves, curls, straight looks or a braid, and a wash and style option suits events or a change for the day. Color services include an all-over color on a full head, half-head highlights or low-lights, and full-head highlights finished with toner or gloss.
Lash services include a semi-permanent lift that curls natural lashes upward from the root, a semi-permanent tint that darkens and defines them, and a combined lift and tint in one session. Waxing is limited to removing stray hairs at the edge of the nostril. Electrolysis sessions run from 30 to 120 minutes, with separate pricing for targeted areas and Brazilian treatments.
Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; anything inside that window carries a 50% charge. Missed appointments without notice are charged the full service amount, and payment in full is required before the next visit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The studio is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 AM to 4 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 12:30 PM, and is closed Sunday.
