Before any treatment, new clients have a one-on-one session with the esthetician. This visit is used to assess the skin, the client's concerns and what they hope to achieve, so the facial that follows is built around that conversation.

New clients pay a $50 non-refundable deposit to hold a booking, which is applied to the appointment. Deposits are sent by Venmo or Zelle, and cash is the preferred method at the visit. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; a shorter notice forfeits the deposit, and same-day cancellations are charged the full service. Clients who arrive 10 or more minutes late pay an extra $10 and the service still ends at its original time, and those 15 or more minutes late must rebook and pay the full service. Booking implies agreement to these policies.

The studio also runs a referral credit: when a referred friend and the person who referred them have both attended scheduled appointments, each receives a $10 credit, up to four referrals ($40) at a time.
