Brow services start with a consultation for the eyebrow options that involve shaping or perming. Basic shaping is a short wax appointment, while a revamp adds a tint to fill in sparse areas. Eyebrow lamination is a perming service for the brow hairs, and the studio may decline it if it isn't suitable for a client's brow health.

The waxing menu covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, chest, back, and intimate areas, plus bundled appointments that combine several areas. Full body appointments are offered in separate versions for women and men and can be adjusted during the visit. For intimate waxing, clients choose the shape they want to keep, such as a strip, a triangle, or a bare finish.

Facial services include the Vagacial, a short facial for the pubic and vaginal area that is typically booked after a Brazilian wax, and a back facial with deep cleansing, exfoliation, masks, and calming steps.

Loyalty memberships for Brazilian and Manzilian waxes are available monthly. Each plan includes two of the service per month and charges for one at a discounted rate. These plans are not open to first-time clients. Gift certificates called Sanctuary Pass are also sold in several amounts.

Booking requires a card on file. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or same-day changes carry a fee of half the booked services, and so does a no-show. A five-minute grace period applies, and arriving more than ten minutes late means rescheduling. Only additional guests are kept to a minimum during appointments.

Brow services begin with a consultation, and the studio may decline a service that isn't suitable for a client's brow health.
