Clients book online with a non-refundable deposit. A consent form is emailed and must be signed before the appointment. Visits are for the client alone, with no extra guests or children, and arriving more than five minutes late may mean the appointment is cancelled or moved. If no deposit was taken, a no-show or late cancellation is invoiced by email. The studio is open Wednesday from 9 am to 5 pm, Thursday and Friday from 10 am to 7 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 3 pm, and is closed Monday and Tuesday.
The menu covers body waxing, facial services such as extractions and high frequency with an ice globe, waxing for legs, bikini and Brazilian areas, and sugaring. The studio's Deluxe Brazilian and Deluxe Bikini waxes add enzyme exfoliation, removal of ingrown hairs and clogged pores, high frequency and ice globes, and finish with Sweet Glaze ingrown oil. Sugaring is offered as an organic option that suits very sensitive skin or clients who prefer an environmentally friendly method. The business also sells all-natural aftercare and at-home products.
