Medical weight loss offers injections with semaglutide or tirzepatide, and weekly lipotropic intramuscular injections, sometimes called the Skinny Shot. A further program pairs oral medications with weekly shots and includes nutrition and exercise guidance. Pre-treatment instructions, such as avoiding retinol, exfoliants or blood-thinning medication, are given as the provider directs.
