The spa menu runs from quick express services to longer treatments. The Radiance & Renew manicure includes a 15-minute hand, arm and shoulder massage, nail and cuticle care, a collagen mask and a warm paraffin treatment. The Signature Botanical Glow manicure adds a 35-minute massage, a volcanic clay mask, a warm paraffin wrap and polish. Pedicures range from the 25-minute Pure Botanical, which uses a milk, honey and lavender treatment with massage, to the 55-minute World-Class Royale, which includes red light therapy along with a 35-minute foot massage and a 20-minute shoulder massage. The Ultimate Indulgence pedicure, which the salon calls its most popular, is a 35-minute service with a eucalyptus salt exfoliation.

Nail enhancements include builder gel, Gel-X, polygel, acrylic and dual form fills and full sets, as well as color powder fills and sets. Enhancement prices change with nail length and design. Gel Shellac polish is used for long-lasting gel manicures. French designs are offered as hand-drawn gel polish or cut with a French cutter, and hand-drawn nail art is available for an extra charge. Massage, paraffin and polish removal can be added to manicures and pedicures.

Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, body and bikini areas. Children under 8 have a separate menu of manicures, pedicures and polish changes. The salon hosts bridal showers, weddings, bachelorette parties, birthdays and girls' nights out, and guests may bring their own food, drinks and music. Complimentary coffee, mocktails, soft drinks and bottled water are offered. Groups of 5 or more get 10% off the entire bill Monday to Thursday with advance booking, and groups of 20 or more can contact the salon about a special offer.

Policies: all services are non-refundable, and clients should confirm the total cost with their technician before service. Clients should tell staff about medical conditions such as diabetes or allergies before a service begins. A gel nail that chips within 3 days gets a complimentary repair; repairs requested after 7 days carry a fixing fee, and asking for a polish color change after application is complete incurs a re-polishing fee. Advance notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling. The salon says it uses premium, top-grade products and follows high hygiene and sanitation standards.
