The cancellation policy charges a 60% fee for cancellations, no-shows and reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment. The same fee applies to reschedules and to delays such as traffic. If the card on file cannot cover the fee, the client cannot book future appointments online until the balance is cleared.
