Sienna Salon Suites

Sienna Salon Suites is set up for independent beauty professionals who want their own workspace without opening a full salon. Instead of working as a salon employee or building a shop from scratch, a renter leases a private suite, either alone or shared with another professional.

Each suite comes equipped with a styling chair, shampoo bowl, mirror, massage tables, and a tool cart, and renters can personalize and decorate the space to suit their work. Open ceilings let natural light into the suites.

The model puts the renter in charge of their business. Suite renters keep all of the revenue from their own clients, set their own schedule with 24/7 access to the suite, and may sell any products they choose while keeping the full profit. Utilities are included, with electricity, heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi covered in the rent.
