Treatments are performed by registered nurses and licensed aestheticians. New clients receive a free 15-minute consultation with a nurse. Every client also has access to a complimentary concierge service that can answer questions, suggest treatments, build a personalized treatment plan, pull up treatment history, book appointments, arrange referrals and talk through financing options.

The menu covers a wide range. Injectable options include Botox and Dysport, lip and volume fillers, and PRP filler treatments for the undereyes, laugh lines and lips. Energy and device treatments include microneedling (with PRP, or with HA on Tuesdays), VI Peels and laser hair removal, which is priced in three-session packages by area. Other offerings are body contouring and body sculpting, signature facials, IV drips, hair restoration, and weight loss injections such as Skinny Shots, semaglutide and tirzepatide. Weight loss injection pricing does not include bloodwork for new clients and rises as the monthly dose increases.

A few plans and policies are worth reviewing before booking. Body Cavitation memberships carry a three-month minimum before cancellation is possible. Monthly membership passes combine cavitation sessions with facials. The New Client Toxin Special, open to first-time spa guests, can be redeemed at either location. Specials can't be stacked with other discounts, and they are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and can't be transferred to a different treatment area. Skin Tag Removal needs a consultation before a treatment can be scheduled. The Brazilian Skin Lightening Peel, its at-home kit and the Intimate Area Brightening Cream are available only in store. According to the salon, it won the 2025 Los Angeles Daily News Readers' Choice Award for top med spa, its third win, and it was also named LA's Best Medical Spa and Best Skin Care in 2022.

The spa describes its goal as providing the highest standard of service close to home, with treatments performed by registered nurses and licensed aestheticians.
