Clients who return can use a punch card that gives a stamp per visit toward rewards. Free parking is available in the lot, and the space is wheelchair accessible, with wifi, complimentary beverages and snacks offered during visits. Dogs and kids are welcome.

Booking and cancellation policies are straightforward: changes made within 48 hours of an appointment can be rescheduled without a fee, while a cancellation within that window that is not rescheduled carries a 50% fee. Students and teachers receive 10% off, and clients who refer someone receive 15% off, with the new client also getting the discount when they name who referred them. Gift certificates come in set amounts or a custom amount from $10 to $1,000, can be sent by email or text immediately or on a chosen date, and have no expiration. They are final sale and cannot be exchanged for cash.
