The studio focuses entirely on massage. Clients can book single treatments, add-ons such as cupping, or a couples package. Session lengths vary by treatment, from 30-minute neck and shoulder or head massages to 2-hour full sessions, and the listed times include consultation and preparation.
Before a first visit, clients fill out a consultation card and arrive about ten minutes early. Anyone who is pregnant or has other health concerns is asked to say so when booking so the treatment can be adapted. Therapists adjust pressure, temperature, music volume and focus areas on request. Clients stay modestly draped, with only the area being worked on uncovered, and sexual interaction or discussion of any kind is not permitted.
Thai massage is based on traditional Thai medicine and uses body manipulation to improve flexibility, and the Thai combination session blends more than one style to ease tight muscles. Sports massage is aimed at range of motion, muscle spasms and circulation. Couples massage places two guests in the same room receiving treatment at the same time. The Romance Couples Package adds a hot stone treatment, a foot soak with scrub, and a glass of wine for guests 21 and over.
New customers pay a 50% deposit at booking, which is refundable only under the cancellation policy. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice for a refund, and refunds are processed within 14 days. Clients who neither cancel nor reschedule must pay the full price of the booked session before booking again. Gift cards can be bought online but are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The studio is open Monday from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm, Wednesday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm, and Sunday from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. Clients should collect their belongings before leaving, as the business is not responsible for lost personal items.
Treatments are adjusted to each client's request, including pressure, temperature and focus areas. Thai work draws on traditional Thai medicine.
