A visit starts with a skin analysis and a free skin assessment before any treatment or home care is recommended. Treatments are tailored to each client's skin type, concerns and goals and use professional-grade products. Extractions are done only where the skin needs them, and the studio says its pricing includes no surprise add-ons. Add-ons cannot be booked on their own and must be added to a facial. Clients who are unsure where to begin can try Glowie, the studio's online AI treatment concierge, which suggests a starting treatment.

The facial menu centers on oxygen and advanced treatments. Glo2Facial is a 90-minute oxygenating facial that combines gentle exfoliation, oxygen treatment and a customized serum, and it comes in OxyPod formulas.
