The studio is not a private space and is described as a one-stop shop. Props are not provided, though certain ones are available for clients to use. The business says it guarantees memorable client experiences. Clients can book a one-hour studio session, a 90-minute family package, a 60-minute lifestyle portrait session, or the bundle covering hair, makeup and photos.
Booking is by appointment only. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to book, and the remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot, paid in cash or by Zelle. Cash payments are due within 24 hours of booking. The final price is settled by email or phone once all fees are calculated, and travel fees start at $50.
Each booking includes one guest per person, with extra guests at $15 each. Photos are returned within 7 to 20 days and video within three weeks. Raw footage on USB or by link costs an extra $20, and an expedited photo or video rush fee is $50. Rescheduling on the day of a shoot voids the deposit, so a new one is needed. If the business cannot reach a client and gets no response within 24 hours, the appointment is cancelled. A $20 late fee applies at 10 minutes late, and appointments are cancelled after 20 minutes.
