New clients can book a 10-minute new client consultation for $15. Many services require a booking deposit, ranging from $5 to $150 depending on the service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Some services have their own steps. Sisterlocs retie requires a $150 deposit and a consultation before booking, and small or micro loc starters and small loc extensions both require a consultation first, with the extensions handled virtually. Retie services booked more than 8 to 10 weeks after the last visit take longer and may cost $25 per 30 extra minutes. Extra time is sold in 2-hour and 4-hour blocks.

Cancellations and no-shows are charged a 100% fee when they happen within 48 hours of the appointment. Clients who bring their own hair for braids or extensions must purchase it themselves, though the salon can buy it on request. Gift cards are available in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount.

The salon is open Tuesday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 12 PM to 6 PM and Saturday from 7 AM to 4 PM. It is closed on Mondays and Sundays.

Complex or long services are booked around a consultation first, including new client consultations and virtual consultations for small loc extensions.
