The studio is open Monday and Wednesday through Sunday, with Friday hours running until 8 PM and Sunday ending at 1 PM. Tuesdays are closed.

The menu runs from small facial areas such as brows, lip, chin, and ears through arms, legs, back, chest, and underarms to intimate waxing. Single-area prices range from $8 for a brow trim to $85 for full legs. Brazilian waxing starts at $70 and Manzilian starts at $90. Brazilian covers the front and between the cheeks and is for female anatomy only. Manzilian covers the same area for male anatomy only, and the salon notes it is strictly a hair removal service.

Clients are asked to arrive within 10 minutes of their start time. A late arrival may mean not every service can be done, or that the appointment needs to be rebooked. Cancellations need 12 hours' notice. Cancelling without notice or not showing up may lead to a 50% charge, and repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows can bring that policy into effect. Harassment is not tolerated: the waxer may stop a service that feels uncomfortable or unsafe, the full price is charged either way, and clients who behave this way may be barred from future bookings.
