Before a first threading appointment there is a consultation covering pre- and post-care. Waxing starts with a free consultation, and a patch test is offered to first-time and sensitive-skin clients. Treatments are tailored to each person's gender and needs, and the salon serves everyone.
The salon uses single-use applicators, sterilizes its tools for threading and waxing, does not double-dip wax, and controls wax temperature. Its wax is custom-imported and organic, with soft and hard wax chosen by skin sensitivity and the area being treated. Hard wax is used for the bikini and intimate areas, and specially formulated soft wax is used for the face.
Brow tinting uses semi-permanent dyes made for brows and lashes. The shade is chosen during a consultation, and dyes are customized to match a client's hair color and skin type. A patch test is required for new clients and for anyone trying a new dye. Brow tints typically last 4 to 6 weeks, depending on hair growth, skin type and aftercare. Threading results typically last 3 to 6 weeks, and waxing results 3 to 6 weeks.
