The menu centers on loc care. Wash and conditioning treatments are available from $25, and a loc detox addresses buildup, oils and impurities on both locs and scalp. Lint removal targets visible lint, fabric fibers and buildup in locs. Loc maintenance and re-twists add new growth and touch up existing locs, while a complete loc rebuild cuts off existing locs, shapes the natural hair and reinstalls them.

Options for newer locs include comb twists and sister locs or microlocs as starter locs, the latter including a consultation and parting. Loc extensions are offered both for people with no existing locs and for people who already have them, the second installing 50 temporary locs. Other services include instant locs, loc repair for split locs and thinning roots, loc reconstruction for damaged or thinning locs, loc combinations into larger locs, wick retie and wick formation, and specialized loc services for kids and adults.

Clients book with a deposit that secures the appointment. The deposit is non-refundable and is kept if a client cancels without rescheduling. For cancellations less than 24 hours ahead, the deposit is kept and the client pays the difference between the deposit and 25% of the service price. For no-shows, the deposit is kept and the client pays the difference between the deposit and 50% of the service price. Booking is flexible, with after-hours appointments and same-day appointments when availability allows.
