Appointments start with the service you choose, and the menu runs from simple gel colour and natural-nail work to extensions and detailed nail art. Gel extensions are done in form style, and the salon keeps their length to no more than twice the natural nail. Apres Gel-X extensions use pre-made gel tips and need very little filing.
Custom work is part of the offer. The Supreme Nail Art/Omakase is a 3D sculpted design that needs a consultation and inspiration photos before booking. Smaller add-ons such as nail strengthening, cracked-nail repair, and extra accents can be added to most services.
Booking comes with firm terms. Cancellations at least 48 hours ahead are free, while those 24 to 48 hours ahead are charged half the service cost to the card on file. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged in full, and the policy applies in all circumstances. Clients arriving 15 minutes late may be treated as no-shows or have the service shortened, with the full fee still due. Gel removal appointments need on-time arrival. The salon takes no deposits, and unpaid cancellation fees must be settled before a new booking. Removal-only visits are offered only for gel done at this salon.
