The studio aims to be a safe space for neurodivergent, queer and disabled clients. Visits are planned around the client, and clients are invited to talk through their hair goals and any accommodations they need before the appointment.

The studio regards a haircut as more than the finished look, so the process of getting there is considered part of the service. Sensory comfort during the appointment is a deliberate priority.

The portfolio shows a range of work: short cuts, medium and long cuts, curly cuts, transformation cuts, buzz cuts done as undercuts, and cuts with design. Some transformation and short cuts were made as color collaborations with other creators.

Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Rescheduling requests should reach Micki a week ahead, and cancellations within 72 hours carry a 50% fee, rising to 100% within 24 hours. The studio is open Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.

A haircut is treated as a process as well as a result, with a focus on a calm, sensory-positive experience and on accommodations clients ask for.
