The salon describes its space as comfortable, clean and friendly. Pedicures range from a 30-minute straight-up service to a pedicure of about 1 hour 45 minutes using NU SKIN products. Gel-X and gel builder sets are also available, along with the R1 manicure, which uses an R-Secure base coat designed for natural nails.

Design work includes French, V-line, deep French and ombre, along with chrome and cat-eye effects and designs across all ten fingers. Design charges can vary with difficulty, time and technician skill, and per-design charges drop when more designs are ordered. Some listed prices are starting prices for short nails, so clients who want an exact figure can ask for a quote.

Clients should know the salon does not insure fills or regular polish and does not offer refunds or reimbursement. Results depend on the services chosen and the client's aftercare, and polish on natural nails, including gel polish, is not warranted. If a client is not satisfied, the salon asks that they tell the technician or receptionist before leaving.

The salon says sanitation and safety are a priority and uses single-use buffers and files that are discarded after each client.
