Children are expected to sit in the chair on their own and follow simple head-movement instructions, while guardians wait in the designated area. Extra guests are not allowed, and guests should not arrive more than 15 minutes before the appointment. Hair should be shampooed beforehand. Staff do not discipline children. If a child cannot sit through the service, the stylist may attempt a simpler style; if that is not possible, the appointment may end and the deposit is forfeited. Parents with a child in an unusual situation can ask for a consultation first.
