Because the studio serves one client at a time, a visit is private and unhurried. New guests complete an online consultation form before booking. Appointments begin with a free in-person consultation of about 20 minutes that includes custom color matching. Guests can settle into a salon chair, choose a seasonal drink and use a heated aroma therapy neck wrap, and shampoo includes an extended scalp massage at the bowl.

Signature offerings include Lived-In Blonde, which blends balayage and highlights with blended root or grey coverage, balance gloss, deep conditioning and a blowout, and Reverse Balayage, which takes a solid blonde down to a dimensional, natural balayage or a darker tone with framing highlights. The Ultimate Conditioning adds a scalp and hand massage with Kerasilk treatment and can be added to any color or cut.

Hand-tied extensions use a beaded weft installed with the JZ Styles method, with JZ Base and Hidden Bead options. Most clients choose two rows from ear to ear; one row adds fullness, while three rows or tape-ins suit growing out a short cut or very thick hair. Row maintenance is needed every 8 weeks and includes removal and reinstallation. The salon describes hand-tied JZ extensions as lasting about 9 to 12 months with proper care.

Booking requires at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation with less notice carries a 50% service charge, payable before a new appointment can be booked, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full appointment value. Services are non-refundable, though true corrections are free if scheduled within 7 days. Cash, card and Apple Pay are accepted. Guests are asked to arrive on time rather than early because the waiting room is small.
