Shimmer Spa

Shimmer Spa started as a spa and has grown into a full-service salon that brings several specialties together at the Strongsville location. Each provider operates as their own business, so the salon has no front desk, and clients contact the stylist or provider they want directly.

Each provider sets their own hours and schedules their own appointments. Listed salon hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm, by appointment, but individual availability can differ. The general salon line is 440-783-1473.

Head spa rituals are one of the main draws. Melanie offers the 60-minute Awaken and Jade rituals, with the Jade option including a Gua Sha facial and facial masks, and Angel offers the water therapy version and a massage-based Heavenly Head Spa. Head spa treatments use a hair regimen meant to keep hair soft for drying and styling, and guests may sit under the dryer afterward.

New guests of skincare and massage providers are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to complete forms. A credit card on file is needed to hold a reservation. Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment are charged half the service price, and late arrivals may receive a shortened service at menu pricing or be rescheduled. Rendered services are non-refundable.
