Bridal pricing is organized into packages. For one to five people including the bride, a second artist is included at no extra cost. Separate packages cover parties of six or seven, parties of eight or more, and parties of ten or more. Parties of fewer than eight or more than ten people who need makeup carry an extra artist fee of $150. Additional guests beyond a package can be added a la carte at the rate for the artist level, and on-location work requires a minimum package, with pricing depending on the artist booked. Travel is a flat $50 for any wedding, rising with distance beyond that, and each artist's travel fee is shown in the inquiry. Events more than two hours away require a hotel room for the artists the night before, and winter weddings may need one depending on the snow forecast.

Booking begins with a contact form to check whether the wedding date is open. The date is held only after the first payment and a signed contract. If two parties ask about the same date, the first to pay a non-refundable deposit keeps it. Brides and wedding parties can also book a makeup preview before the wedding day. Clients with cosmetic allergies or sensitivities may bring their own products for the artists to use.

Makeup lessons are available one-on-one or in small groups. A private 1:1 session lasts 90 minutes and is shaped around the student's face and timeline. Students can bring the makeup they already own so the artist can review it and show how to use it. A follow-up email with product suggestions is sent afterward. Lessons focus on what the student needs and on realistic results, not on selling products. A group lesson for two or three people also runs 90 minutes, starting with an everyday makeup look and leaving time for individual questions.

Custom lip color is available in a private appointment with the owner, Kristyn. A shade is mixed with the artist and made into a lipstick or gloss the client can take home.
