Arriving no earlier than 5 minutes before the scheduled time is requested, and extra guests are only allowed if they are also receiving a service.

Clients who have used certain retinoid or acne medications within the last 5 to 7 days cannot be serviced. The listed medications include Accutane, which requires at least a year off treatment, along with tretinoin, retinoids and adapalene.
