The business describes its lash extensions as luxury. Alongside full sets, it offers fill-ins for clients who are keeping part of an existing set, removal, and facials.

There are three set styles. The Glam set is the classic option, placing one synthetic mink extension on each natural lash for a natural look, with fullness depending on the client's own lashes. It takes about an hour and a half and costs $90. The Bossy set is a hybrid that combines 2D and volume handmade synthetic mink fans on each natural lash for a full, wispy result. It takes an hour and a half and costs $100. The Mink set uses lightweight handmade fans for a full, fluffy look that can be adjusted from dramatic to natural. It takes two and a half hours and costs $200.

Fill-ins are available in the same three styles: Glam at $55, Bossy at $65 and Mink at $70, each taking an hour and a half. A fill-in needs at least half of the client's existing lashes still in place. The studio does not work over other lash work, so a client with an old set that needs to come off books a removal followed by a new set. Removal takes 30 minutes and costs $50, with an extra $25 if it runs longer than an hour.

A few house rules shape the visit. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean, oil-free face without makeup and to keep their phones put away during the appointment. Children and extra guests are not permitted, and guests may be asked to leave. Arriving more than 10 minutes late brings a $10 late fee. Deposits are nonrefundable, missed appointments forfeit the deposit, and anyone who does not call or show up cannot book again. Payment is cash only.

Training is offered one-on-one. Classic training takes five hours and costs $400. It covers basic lashing knowledge, sanitation, hands-on practice, lash extension styling and other techniques, and includes a basic kit meant for lashing up to 30 people and a certificate. Volume training takes five hours and costs $500. It is aimed at lash artists who want to extend their skills, covers lash techniques, styling and volume work, and includes a tweezer set and lash trays.
