The business is run by owner Sherry Vitek, a licensed skin care specialist. She spent about thirty years as an office manager in the aviation industry before returning to school and starting an apprenticeship in skin care. She set up her own business during her first year as an apprentice, and she has worked in the field since 2009.

A visit starts with a conversation about the client's concerns and skin type, and treatments are tailored from there. Chemical peels always begin with a consultation and are customized to each client. The menu lists several peel types, including Dermafrost, Alpha-Beta, lactic acid, Mandeliclear glycolic and Jessner's solution. Results from peels generally take a series, and the salon notes that a minimum of six treatments is usually needed for the best outcome. Some peels cause up to ten days of skin peeling, which the salon mentions in advance.

Signature facials include the Signature Intensive Cleansing Facial, which covers deep-pore cleansing, exfoliation, minor extractions, massage and finishing serums, and the Hydra Dew Facial, designed for very dry and sensitive skin. Oxygen RX treatments deliver oxygen to the skin at optional levels. Intimate area bleaching is designed to fade darker skin tone on the front and back of the genital area, and it includes one bottle of take-home gel. Clients need one treatment roughly every twelve months, with an additional session possible every six months if needed. Hair must be removed beforehand, and the area should not be waxed within the prior 48 hours or exposed to sun or tanning beds for four to seven days before treatment.

Hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm or later, and Friday and Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, closed Sunday and Monday. Hours can be adjusted to fit client needs. Appointments are booked by text or email, and gift certificates are available.
