The salon is open Monday from noon to 8 PM, Friday from 3 to 9 PM, and Saturday from noon to 7:30 PM, and is closed Tuesday through Thursday and Sunday. New clients can start with a hair and scalp analysis priced at $125 and lasting about 40 minutes. It includes a consultation, digital scalp scope analysis and a hair density assessment, and requires a $50 deposit.
Some color services carry deposits. Bleach and bayalage or express keratin treatment for new clients require $95, and color correction for new clients requires $90. Cancellations or no-shows made within 72 hours of the appointment are charged a 50% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Retail products are sold, and monthly members receive 10% off them.
