Every extension service begins with a consultation, which runs about 20 minutes and costs $25. The consultation is where the method is chosen, so clients leave knowing which option fits their hair. The $25 deposit is non-refundable but goes toward future services. Extension prices are quoted only after the in-person visit, based on method, length and volume; the FAQ puts typical extension costs between $350 and $1,650.

Extension packages include the hair, the application and the removal. Hair is custom ordered for each client rather than kept in stock. The salon works with Bellami Professional, DonnaBella and MahariRaw hair. Bellami clip-in extensions are listed as 100% Remy human hair, and the salon says it works only with premium human hair.

After application, the aftercare guidance asks clients to wait 48 hours before washing hair or extensions and to brush from roots to ends with a boar brush. Tinting, coloring or perming extensions is advised against, and the salon is not liable for damage if this is done. Removal is recommended with a trained professional rather than at home. The salon says extensions will not damage natural hair with proper care and maintenance.
