Services fall into three groups: ponytails, quickweaves and silk press. Ponytail styles include low, high, middle or sidepart, ninja buns, a blunt cut and a swoop version with added track pieces. Many can be done with the hair included, or with one to two bundles supplied by the client. Quickweaves come as a bob, a bob with swoop, a glueless cap option and half up, half down styles. Some include the hair, while others ask the client to bring two or three bundles, with the style included either way. Hair included in quickweaves is not colored. Silk press hair is washed, blow dried and pressed out.
Booking has a few set steps. A $10 non-refundable deposit is paid through Cash App right after booking, and the address is texted once it is paid. The remaining balance is paid in cash. Appointments must be confirmed with the stylist the day before or they are cancelled, and bookings made the day before or for same-day service carry a $60 extra fee. Arriving more than 10 minutes late brings a $25 late fee, and appointments are cancelled and rescheduled after 15 minutes. Hair should be clean, dry and detangled, free of flakes, glue or oils, or an extra charge applies. Clients with short hair should consult the stylist before booking. Only the client being serviced may attend, and bookings are not taken for clients in a rush. Missed appointments without notice lead to a ban from the booking website. Clients should be satisfied before leaving; adjustments can be made, but refunds are not given. According to the business, ponytail styles last one to two weeks with proper care.
