The salon is in suite 200 at 2960 Long Prairie Road in Flower Mound, inside the Valley Ridge Roofing building; clients use the entrance to the right of the main entrance. Each treatment is tailored to the individual's skin and concerns, and the team recommends a home care routine to go with professional work. Facials are typically booked once a month for maintenance, or once a week for clearing problem skin. Other services include microdermabrasion, which the salon says stimulates deeper skin layers to produce collagen and elastin, chemical peels, waxing, lash and brow work, and massage therapy.

GlowGetter memberships provide a monthly facial. The Basics plan at $99 per month includes one facial of about 60 minutes, and the Elite plan at $149 per month includes one facial using a variety of modalities. Members receive 15% off other services, 30% off waxing, 10% off home care, and 50% off one guest every three months. Plans start with a six-month commitment and then renew monthly on the card on file until cancelled in writing at least 14 days before renewal. Billing falls on the 1st or 15th of the month, as the member chooses. After the commitment, a membership can be frozen for up to 90 days at no cost, then costs $10 per month for longer freezes. Unused credits roll over for up to four months and can be gifted only within the same household. Payments are not refundable, including when a specific therapist leaves the salon. Points earned for rebooking, buying products, referrals, online booking and gift card purchases can be redeemed in $25 increments.

Appointments are by appointment only, Tuesday through Saturday. A credit card guarantees each booking and is charged only if the appointment goes unfilled. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and cancelling or rescheduling two or more treatments needs 48 hours. Cancellations must be made by phone at (972) 355-2473, as email is not accepted. Clients who cancel with less notice than 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged in full.
