Laser hair removal is a central offering. It uses the Lutronic Clarity II laser with 755nm Alexandrite and 1064nm Nd:YAG wavelengths, is offered for skin tones Fitzpatrick I through VI, and uses built-in cryogenic cooling during treatment. Sessions take roughly 5 to 45 minutes depending on the area, and most clients need 6 to 8 sessions for lasting reduction. Men and women receive the same process and pricing. Other signature treatments include Potenza RF microneedling, which combines radiofrequency energy with microneedling, and PRP drawn from the client's own blood. Starting prices are $55 per small-area session and $85 per full-face session, with package pricing available.

Clients can pay over time through Cherry, a buy now, pay later company. The site lists 0% APR options for qualifying patients, with no hard credit check to apply and interest-bearing plans from as low as 5.99% APR, subject to approval. Three membership tiers, Glow Club, Radiance Club and Luminous Club, offer monthly treatments and discounts on services and products.
