The studio's makeup artists say they aim to create the look a client wants. Reyna Sheek's stated view is that an artist's job is to bring out the inner beauty of each client, and the team works to help clients express their own beauty rather than a fixed style.

Services are grouped into Makeup, Hair, Wigs and Hair Extensions, Bridal, In-Studio Services, and On-Location Services. Makeup covers eyebrow services, eye makeup and full looks with or without lashes. Hair covers cuts, curly cuts, color, highlights, styling, treatments and relaxers. Braids include feed-in and crochet styles, and the wig and extension menu covers installs, clip-in and tape-in applications, ponytails, and micro-bead work.

Many hair services are priced at consultation, because final prices depend on hair length and the styling needed. First-time clients must book a consultation before any hair, wig or extension service. Clients supply their own hair for wig, extension, braid and color services, and hair for color services and braids should be dropped off three to four days before the appointment.

Bridal work includes hair and makeup for brides, bridesmaids and flower girls, in the studio or on location. On-location prices depend on travel distance and may change after a consultation, which is required before the event date. Hair extensions and their application are charged separately from bridal hairstyling.

Booking requires a 50 percent deposit for all services, applied to the total on the day of the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations and rescheduling must be made by phone at least a week ahead to avoid penalty fees, and clients more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled. Product sales are final, and the studio sells Sheek Beauty products both online and in the studio.
