It makes its own handcrafted body butters, body oils and fragrances with nourishing ingredients, and that product work is at the center of most of what happens on site.

Most visits are hands-on. Guests can book a custom walk-in experience for a set date and group size, look over the products on arrival, then blend and create with help from the team. A waiver is required before creating. Custom creations can include whipped body butters, body and fragrance oils, perfumes, roll-on oil, sugar scrub, candles, room sprays and lip gloss, and custom fragrances can also be made for shipping or pickup. Walk-ins are welcome Thursday through Sunday, and on-site visits are available on the same days.

Beyond walk-ins, the studio offers monthly and mini weekly workshops, cocktail candle sessions, a Friday whip-and-sip, Butta Bar sessions and a kids menu called Butta Baby. Groups can book group parties for birthdays, girls' days and other occasions, with a minimum of 10 guests and a deposit to hold a date. The Babe Bar Room can be rented for private events of up to 25 guests. A mobile Butta Bar option can bring the experience to events or workplaces.

Guests build their own body products and fragrances with team guidance, starting from the shop's handcrafted base products.
