Bookings are made through the GlossGenius online site, and clients who need help with booking are asked to send a text instead of calling, since voicemails can take several days to be returned. Payment is taken through the booking site. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom figure, and gift card sales are final.

Color appointments require a deposit of $20 for single color, color gloss and root touch-ups. Highlights also carry deposits for new clients, from $25 for a mini highlight up to $60 for a full highlight. New color guests are asked to book a free 15-minute consultation that includes an allergy test, and the consultation fee is waived once color is booked. Before approving a color appointment, the owner may message or call to confirm the color is set up correctly, and new color guests can expect a text. Booking a color and a cut together includes a conditioning treatment.

Clients are asked to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment. A no-call, no-show may be charged a 40% cancellation fee.

Color is planned in a consultation-led way before it is booked, and haircuts are usually finished dry with high-quality tools and shears.
